Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Information

We specialize in the sale and delivery of heavy machinery, including but not limited to forklifts, excavators, loaders, and related industrial equipment. Due to the size, weight, and technical nature of our products, all shipments are handled by professional freight and logistics providers with proven experience in heavy equipment transportation.

2. Shipping Areas

We offer shipping services to the following locations:

  • International deliveries to selected countries, subject to destination-specific regulations and import requirements

International shipping availability may vary depending on local laws, port access, and transportation conditions.

3. Shipping Methods

Shipping methods are selected based on the machinery type, size, and destination to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Available methods include:

  • Flatbed truck

  • Low-bed or step-deck trailer

  • Enclosed freight (where applicable)

  • Sea freight for international orders

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Equipment dimensions and weight

  • Delivery distance and destination

  • Required shipping method

  • Local handling, port, or terminal charges (if applicable)

A detailed shipping quotation will be provided upon request or after order confirmation.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days following payment confirmation.

Custom-built, refurbished, or made-to-order machinery may require additional preparation time. Customers will be notified once the equipment is ready for dispatch.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on destination and logistics arrangements:

  • Domestic deliveries: Approximately 7–21 business days

  • International deliveries: Approximately 20–45 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs clearance, port congestion, or carrier delays.

7. Delivery Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries are made on a curbside, port-to-port, or terminal-to-terminal basis.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing appropriate unloading equipment (such as cranes or forklifts)

  • Ensuring the delivery location is accessible for large freight vehicles

Failed delivery attempts due to site inaccessibility may result in additional charges.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect the machinery immediately upon delivery.

  • Any visible damage or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing

  • Transport-related damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may invalidate any claims.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and compliance with local regulations. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

10. Title and Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the machinery is handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise stated in the sales agreement.

11. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, we are not liable for delays resulting from:

  • Carrier or logistics issues

  • Weather or natural events

  • Port congestion or customs delays

  • Government regulations or restrictions
